Rewired For Change: The discovery continues starts this Tuesday 4th November. Rewired for Change is the 2nd course in the Ethos series and are 12 weeks of transformational workshops that will unlock the next level of evolution for your brain will skills that will last a lifetime.

During the course we will be covering the following subjects.

  • Week by Week we will be covering the following:

  • Week One: How our brains work: hacking the unconscious mind and recoding our memories. We start to look at how we are having our needs met and why certainty is so important.

  • Week Two: Mind over medicine: keeping your body and mind happy and healthy. This week we look at how our thoughts and feelings create dis-ease in our bodies. We will be running a diagnostic test for your aches and pains and then learning how to treat these at home.

  • Week three: The wheel of life. This week we will be looking at our health blueprints and then we will be exploring the ten most important areas of life for peace and balance. We will dig into what is in balance and what we need to do to support areas that need the most work.

  • Week four: Fight Flight or Fawn. This stress response begins in our brain, in a part of the brain called the amygdala. One of the key functions of the amygdala is to collect sensory information from the external world and decide how it should be processed. Learning about this part of your brain and how it is triggered is a game changer!

  • Week five: The Importance of Believing in Yourself. If you believed in yourself…what would your life look like? How would things change? What would you do differently? As you know you don’t manifest what you want, you manifest what you believe.

  • Week six: Your resilience blueprint: How do you show up for yourself and for others when things gets tough or they don't go as you planned. The ABCDEFGH list of how to do that!

  • Week seven: Addictions numbing, patterns and habits in our behaviour: Lasting change requires a judgement-free process.

  • Week eight: What brings you joy and makes you happy. By this stage in the course we will have created detailed maps tracing where you are, where you want to go, and the possible obstacles, shortcomings, or solutions on the road to getting there and this week we look at what makes you happy and brings you joy.

  • Week nine: Values, purpose, mission and Ikigai. The Japanese practice of ikigai helps you find your reason for living, shaping how you live now and in the future. Unique to each of us, it represents our attention to the present and the point at which our mission, vocation, and professional lives meet.

  • Week ten: Shadow work. In every story there is a hero and a villain, in your story you are both.The dark and the light aspects of yourself orchestrate the melody of your song.

  • Week Eleven: Reset, re ask, rediscover. This week is a workshop where we sit together and use all the information over both Ethos courses to write a map for our future.

  • Week Twelve: A new way to look at human needs. Survival, Feeling at ease and connection. This week we look at how we are connected in 6 essential ways and how we can always focus on needs that serve up and move us forward.

The webinar will run each week on a Tuesday evening at 8pm. Within that zoom we will cover the content for the week, answer any questions and give you the work you will continue for the week.

Then when we meet again on the next webinar, we'll discuss your experience and what you learned from the exercises and the training... then we'll move onto the next section.

We will use Zoom which is a free app on your phone or a free download on your computer. Please allow plenty of time to do this before the course starts. It will be the same link for everyday.

How does it work?

The course will be delivered to you in 12 LIVE modules on Zoom over 12 weeks. Modules include self discovery and skills for you to use every day. You will also have access to downloadable  workbooks that will help you cement the knowledge you are given and keep you on track.

As an Rewired for Change Ethos grad you will have access to our exclusive Ethos facebook group. Not only will recordings of all your sessions be in there, but so will I, ready to answer all your questions. With your exclusive access, you can be personally guided through strategies we talk about on the course and rewatch as many times as you need too.

You will also unlock two year access to all of the modules and resources in this course. This means the course is there for you when you need it most. If you feel like you need a refresher at any time, we’ll be here for you.
