Do you feel…

…that the day you had your little bundle of joy that life changed forever in a way you weren’t expecting?

…that you were ready to change your life of course, to be a parent, but now you find yourself feeling isolated and like no-one understands?

…that you know you need to look after yourself and get to a place where you feel you can take on the world but you don’t know where to start?

…that stress is just part of your everyday life and you don’t see it going away anytime soon?

Then you are in the right place and I am here to help.

I call Noah’s illness, the terrible gift. It has introduced us to complex challenges. This has included periods of pain, anxiety and overwhelm but it also has brought us joy, true happiness and a love that knows no end.

The knowledge I have gained through these experiences, through 8 years of research and from working with other families just like yours, has given me a perspective I could never have anticipated. A perspective that has changed my whole life for the better.

I have come to see the profound value of taking in the whole story, the full picture of life and not rejecting or using only what we are given, especially the most painful experiences.

I have also learnt through my own experiences and through working with families everyday that our obstacles, frustrations, unexpected heartache and all the things preventing us from living the life we desperately wanted,  doesn’t have to be the end of our story. It’s not “just how it is” now we have kids like ours.

What I discovered is that, in the darkness of our stories and experiences, buried inside it, inherent it it are lessons to be learn, things that can be overcome, and a deep joy that has been gifted to us from knowing a life of adversity.

Through my courses, or Empowerment Pathways as I call them, I will take you on a journey from stress to stillness and from powerless to peace. I can help you find a path through the pain, to find your new purpose and direction, life is about to get much better. I would love to work with you.
